PROMPTSWITCH REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
We want Promptswitch to be a great fit. This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund and how to do so.
Promptswitch subscriptions are billed and managed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record). Refunds are issued through Paddle and will appear on your original payment method.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following apply:
- You are requesting a refund for your first paid subscription purchase.
- The request is made within 14 days of the original payment date.
- The account has not engaged in abuse, fraud, or other prohibited activity.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
We do not offer refunds for:
- Renewals, plan extensions, or add-ons after the first paid purchase.
- Accounts that violate our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
- Usage-based charges that have already been consumed.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at hello@promptswitch.ai with:
- The email address tied to your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief reason for the request
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
5. CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and any associated services.
